As a standard I craft those elements as non-welded. It is very difficult to properly match the breastplate with a backplate. Pattern of cuirass I would willingly craft in version of breastplate only, adapted to wear (leather belts on the back). On average it takes down the price to 50%. Torso cover can be ordered in different options of surface finish. It is obvious that simple soldier armour not always fit with precise polishing and vice-versa, highly decorative style can not be finished shallowly. Despite of finish, the marks of mechanic processing are never left on the surface and details like, for example inside spacers and those which fasten the leather belts are hand made, or their look is similar as hand made ones.
